By entering this area and participating in the Festival of Colour, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Participation at Own Risk

This event involves coloured powders and activities that may cause skin or eye irritation, staining of clothes, dust exposure, slipping hazards, or allergic reactions.
You participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

  1. Health & Safety

By entering, you confirm that you are in good health and not affected by conditions such as severe asthma, respiratory challenges, allergies, or skin sensitivities that may be aggravated by colour powders or large crowds.
Please follow all safety instructions and remain in designated areas.

  1. Liability Release

ISKCON Cape Town, the Festival of India organisers, volunteers, staff, partners, and sponsors are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or other harm that may occur before, during, or after the event—whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISKCON Cape Town and the Festival of India organisers from any claims or actions arising from your participation, including harm caused to others through your own actions.

  1. Minors

Children under 18 may only participate under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

  1. Media Consent

By attending, you consent to the use of your image, video, and audio in event media, promotional content, and broadcasts.

  1. No Outside Colours

For safety reasons, only festival-approved colour powders may be used inside the venue. Outside powders are strictly prohibited.

By entering the Festival of Colour area, you automatically accept and agree to this full disclaimer and indemnity.
